Assess. Engage. Dispatch.
Once identified, we engage in a collective effort with our partners to conduct surveys among those seeking assistance, commencing the process by dispatching a food package to the recipients
🤝 Corporate Partnerships

Our innovative virtual food pantry model empowers corporate and community partners to extend a helping hand to those facing hardships, ensuring that their needs are met with respect and confidentiality. Collaboratively, we address the underlying causes of hunger within our communities, and discreetly deliver Full Cart boxes to identified households.
- Create a platform where individuals can request food assistance funded by your organization.
- Establish a platform for individuals to actively participate in our mission by organizing virtual food drives.
- Every dollar raised contributes directly to sponsoring a food box for individual households in need.
❤️ Individual Partnerships

We provide lively, energetic, and interactive meal packaging events that empower volunteers to create a meaningful impact in the battle against hunger. Teams collaborate to assemble nutritious meals for both national and local families facing food insecurity. We’re also looking for a few tech-savvy individuals to help us manually review/audit assistance requests.
- Feel empowered to make a tangible difference that can be measured by the number of families fed and meals served.
- Host a packaging event at a local community center and bring your friends and family!
- Choose a schedule that suits your volunteer availability and unique skills/ideas/priorities. We’re always looking for feedback!

2025 FEFR Donor Letter
Nobody should go hungry in the wealthiest country in the world. However, 44 million Americans, 14 million of them children, lack proper access to food or food resources. At FEFR, our goal is to provide our fellow Americans and those in need with the food they need to not just survive but thrive.
Your donation can be the only difference between a family and malnutrition or even death. But we won’t ask you just to donate; we want to provide a clear picture of our mission and goals in Kentuckiana so that you have a transparent understanding of where your money is going.Â
What Do We Have Planned?
At present, FEFR functions as a community outreach and resource-sharing organization, but we need to go bigger. Our plans to bring food and essentials to those in need across our region can only be brought to fruition through your donations. What are those plans, exactly?
-
- Donation Boxes: Partner with local businesses to provide donation boxes for patrons and community members, where essential supplies (feminine care products, personal hygiene items, etc) and food can be donated. These supplies would then be collected and stored at our warehouse for future distribution.Â
- Community Cookouts: Through partnerships with the Kentucky Poultry Federation and Hinton Mills, we plan to host community cookouts for all to come and enjoy healthy, locally sourced foods. These events would also serve as educational opportunities to learn about where food comes from, how it’s made, and what to look out for to ensure healthy meals.Â
- Forming a Distribution Network: The donations we collect (food, essentials, money) will be used to grow our organization and deliver these goods straight to people’s doorsteps. People can submit forms through our website regarding what they need and how much. We would hire delivery drivers and packers to seal and deliver the boxes directly to needy families every week.
- Eliminate School Lunch Debt: No child should have to be in debt, much less food debt. Often, a school lunch is the only meal a child will have the entire day, and this single meal is crucial to their development and learning. With your help, we can ensure children get a proper school lunch so that they can focus on learning, growing, and just being kids!
These are our plans to help end food insecurity in our community. With your help, we can achieve all this and more. Please consider donating to our cause to end food insecurity in Kentuckiana TODAY!
